Malaysia’s Tanjung Pelapas Port Leads Growth Among Top 30 Ports in H1 2025
Malaysia’s Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) has emerged as a standout performer through its role as the central hub for the Gemini Cooperation network. According to Alphaliner, in the first half of 2025, PTP recorded a 15.4% year-over-year increase in throughput, making it the fastest-growing container port in the world’s top 30 container port ranking.
