Since its inception, the branch has focused on a single objective: to set a new standard for customer service and operational excellence in the shipping industry while maintaining a strong local focus.
As the Kingston branch reflects on its achievements, it proudly recognizes the significant progress they have made. Initially focused solely on LCL import capabilities, the office has expanded its service portfolio to include Shipco’s full range of product offerings. These services now encompass air and ocean freight—both LCL and FCL—as well as inland transportation for imports and exports, foreign-to-foreign moves, and multi-modal solutions.
Rachel Matthews, Shipco’s General Manager for the Caribbean, notes that reaching the branch’s fifth anniversary is a testament to the team’s dedication and the trust customers place in a stable and reliable partner like Shipco. “I am incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished in just five years.
