The branch office has established a strong local presence through delivering customer-centric freight solutions, leveraging the organization’s robust global network, and applying deep industry expertise alongside comprehensive local market knowledge.
“Local freight forwarders were initially skeptical, seeing us as competition,” says Julian Sammy, Director of Sales, Caribbean. “By consistently demonstrating our neutrality, local forwarders started trusting us and began providing opportunities on their nominations. Coupled with our commitment to exceeding their expectations in customer service, our volumes organically grew.”
For the past five years, the branch has been continually expanding their services, including to the Caribbean, AIR, LCL, and project moves to better serve their forwarder customers.
